# Change of ownership of a second hand car

Does anyone on the forum know what forms are needed to change the ownership of a car.  A friend is going back to England this week and leaving his car for us to sell.  What does he need to sign before he goes as he will be unable to come back to do this?  in the near future.  Thanks in advance.
