 don't forget to pay your non residence tax if you have a property in Spain and are a non resident, I got collard for 3,000 euros,,  three thousand euros,,,after selling my property,,my own fault,,but 3 grand for a  ten year period seems a bit strong,,surprising how many people are not aware.
