I think this article is well worth a read, especially if you own a bar or are a member of the local council who should be applying the law ???

 The article in The Euro weekly shows a photo of a few bars in La Mata (Torrelomas) I know this as I was having a coffee at one of the Bars today and talking to one of the owners. Basically it looks like most of the bars only have a licence (Group J) Open: 06.00 hours, Hours: 0130 hours  This licence does NOT permit any Music or Crapy-oaky etc etc
 Looks like some of the La Marina bars owners that play music (illegally) will have wear their tin hats and take cover.
