I decided to go and have a browse in Shoe-b-shoe this morning to see if anything caught my eye.  I did find a lovely pair of shoes out on show so I said Excuse me to the Sales Lady can you help me I would like to know if you have this is my size.  I was very surprised that she more or less told me she couldn't be bothered and that I should bend down and search for my size in the pile of boxes myself.  I could have understood if the Sales assistant was busy, but she wasn't.  This particular lady should be very happy that she has in fact got a job at all.  I might add if she keeps this attitude up she will lose customers for the shop.
 
 I have been going in this shop for quite a while now - it was previously 100 yards further down the same road, and there used to be two very nice friendly ladies that worked there.  They would greet you as you walked in the shop, ask if you needed any help etc etc.  I am sorry to say that I will not be rushing back with the new staff's attitude.
