Seeing as the mini town hall office is so busy now days I will again ask the question on a local forum. 
 Councillor Jeff. W, can you please confirm or not confirm that a bye- law is being passed in the town of San Fulgencio regarding charities / associations / groups 
 If I'm correct, there are just a few days left of the, objection period. I believe this 30 day period runs out on the 29th of this month and if no objections are lodged then this bye-law comes in to effect.  If this is the case what is the councils intentions towards charities / groups that have no legal registration. Does it mean no one can operate in or under the jurisdiction of San Fulgencio ect ect. 
 I'm not trying to generate trouble but after seeing what I've seen, and it is public info then surely a reply would be appreciated.
