A friend of mine has a similar size house to mine. I have a gas boiler and she has an emersion heater. Apart from that I would think she uses less electric than me because she is at work all day. But her bills on average are two and a half times more than mine. Can anyone suggest the best way forward for her to get this investigated. I believe she has tried iberdrola but to no avail. Should she try asking an electrician to investigate?
