I have recently returned from visiting family and friends in the uk. while I was away my pool developed a leak, my neighbor emailed me and asked if he should arrange for the company who clean his pool to  take a look at mine, I was thankfull to him as of course agreed to this well......what a mistake that was.
 the work done on the pool is  shoody to look at and the pool is still leaking the company employed is CRYSTAL POOLS, they charged 19 euros an hour for labour plus parts. plus i.v.a. and they charged for 30 hours of work.
 they handed my neighbor a receipt  you can buy from a number of local shops, the receipt   was hand written with no nif number or company details ,my  neighbour  paid them in cash and I in turn repaid my neighbour, but I would not have paid crystal pools if I had been here, especially not the i.v.a. without proof of legality since then I have tried taking this matter up with ron mc carthy who owns the crystal pools only to be told I should only have paid when I was happy with the work done, when I persued  the matter he told me to f... off, I said is this how you speak to all your unhappy customers, he told me to get out of his face he the drove off at speed. Does anybody know how I can check if all this is legal and where and how I can register a complaint against this company
