HELP in La Marina will be at their Help Desk at the Town Hall again on Friday, 18th October from 10am - 1pm, come along for any help or advice you may need, or come along and get your new or re-new your membership.

 HELP VEGA BAJA - FRIENDS UNLIMITED have organised a local event at Mulberry 11 on La Marina Urb on Thursday, 7th Movember 2013.
 
 Come and join us for a Menu Del Dia @ 1.30pm for just 12 euros.
