Hi, My name is Jason and I run JPS Fitness. 
 
 I do a boxercise class at OK Gym on Thursday mornings at 9.30am, everyone welcome you do not need to be member of this gym.
 
 I also run the Health Rehab and Sports Clinic there which includes massage.
 
 As well as doing Personal Training at OK Gym, special offer at the moment there is 5 sessions for 100 euros.
