Stadthaus zu verkaufen in Albox, Almeria, Spain

Casa Silvela - A town house in the Albox area. (For Renovation)

Two town houses for sale in Albox to be either renovated or demolished to create a large modern home in the center of Albox.

They are situated in a very good location within a stroll from all amenities and with parking only a stroll away.

The seller had plans to create one large two story house. On the ground floor there would be 1 bedroom, living-dining room, bathroom and kitchen. On the first floor there would be 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a landing. Obviously this is just the sellers plan, you could create anything you wanted.

This is a great opportunity to create a modern home in Spain. Priced to sell, it shouldn't be on the market for long.
