Iberdrola have got a fantastic offer - from 10pm - 12 noon pay only 6 cents a unit instead of the normal 17 cents.

Ring the telephone number on your bill - 902 20 15 20 - for customers who cannot speak Spanish, when they answer ask to speak to someone in English and they will put you through.

Explain that you want to change your meter for the day / night tariff, they will take all your details and ring you back approx 10 days later to confirm the details and within another couple of days and engineer will call and replace your meter.

You will then receive an invoice (in English if you request it) to pay the 10 euros for the change. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE US ANY FEEDBACK?

Well worth doing, since changing over have seen a drop in bills around 40-50 euros, we do most things such as baking , washing, ironing etc during cheap rate but still use oven etc at peak times( i.e evening meal ). All my neighbours changed over as well, worth doing.

i rang on the 2nd of april to change tarrifs they have been to change the meter today i have been told i can now make a claim against them & get a refund we will see.

Not wishing to stirrrrr but has anyone had a bad result on this system yet?

Changed over in April.....waiting for 1st bill since. I do washing, ironing, and oven cooking in the mornings (just reheat at night). Also leave outside lights on all night. Phoned them on a Monday.....very nice, helpful lady spoke English......job done Thursday. NB summer hours are 23.00 to 13.00.

Have been using this for 5 years and have saved plenty of money. We are not particularly strict with ourselves, but do try to do all the washing and dishwasher cleaning during the cheaper tariff.
