I only bought on the Urb last September, so what impact will this make good or bad ?
I don't think it will affect the urb a great deal because it is just about far enough away that the punters won't come up here en masse. What worries me is the loss of some lovely quiet little beaches and nature trails etc in the El Pinet area. At the moment, you can have a lovely quiet ramble, followed by a peaceful drink in one of the little bars down that way. This plan will surely ruin all that. Geoff.

I did see another site that had the same problem near Gibraltar IE the same type of set up on the same type of terrain
that received the go ahead due to the developers creating jobs.
