Our client is looking for a large villa as close to Alicante as possible.
The downstairs must be at least 100 sq metres plus and very large living accommodation upstairs. It must have a private pool and also a Garage. The room height of the downstairs must be 2.80 metres.
No close neighbours
An urbanisation property would be ok if the plot was 800 sq metres plus.
The clients is arriving here to view properties on Monday 3rd September for 1 week.
He wishes to move in to the premises any time September to October.
They are willing to pay 1,500 euros per month plus bills.
We are still looking any other leads PLEASE.
Have you tried the local church Ian. I'm sure the council would take €1.500 a month for someone occupying it seeing as its just sitting there un to be honest the space your client requires will suit them perfect for the church.
