LA MARINA GOLF SOCIETY

Gold division winner: Alan Craig 34 points

The storm clouds gathered as 32 players travelled to Bonalba for our 10.00.a.m. tee off but within an hour the sun came out and it got very hot. It’s a pity our treasurer listened to the wrong forecast as he was dressed in thick trousers with his waterproofs tucked safely in his bag ready for the downpour which never materialised, he was extremely hot by the time he came off the course. The scoring matched the weather, excellent. Here are the results;

Best guest : Linda King 34 points
Bronze division winner : Elspeth Craig 36 points
Silver division winner : Mike Green 35 points
Gold division winner: Alan Craig 34 points

Our next game is Captain’s day on Thursday 4th October if you fancy playing either as a member or guest see the match sheet on the noticeboard at La Marina Sports Complex.
