Which Estate Agents are best to use?

I have a mate wanting to move over to the Calpe area and he needs to know which are the best Estate Agents to deal with to try and find his new home. Can any one help please?

Hi there, whilst I live in Murcia region, I lived in Moraira a long time ago which is near Calpe and I can thoroughly recommend Ferrando who we have bought and sold through about 14 years ago and are still there. If it is the same Spanish company, they are family owned. So maybe worth checking them out.

We all keep hearing that the Russians are buying over here in the Calpe area. But I wonder are they buying in certain areas and sticking together like a lot of foreigners do? Perhaps it is only the big villas they are buying?
Love to hear any feedback from anyone.
