Can anyone help. I purchased a kindle from Amazon and everything is set up ready to go. The problem is when I want to purchase a book I cannot. Can anyone help me. What am I doing wrong? Any feedback will be appreciated.
Have you opened an Amazon account? You need to register the card you payment to be deducted from.
If you bought your Kindle on Amazon.es you can only buy your e-book from Amazon.es, when you bought your Kindle you would have had to set up an account . going to my account and it will tell you what to do step by step. If you have any probs as I have had my Kindle for over 2 years
Yup.....I have been buying kindle ebooks for 3 years now without any problem. It's an automatic procedure and the download should happen straight away. Follow the steps. When you go onto Amazon, make sure you have logged in.
