WARNING

This morning as I came out of my friends house I noticed a car parked with 2 Spanish looking males 25 to 35 both wearing baseball caps one black and white and one red they also had sunglasses on, as soon as they saw me the passenger started using his mobile phone.This could have been quite innocent but we live on a private road and as soon as i had gone into my house to write down the reg number of the car they drove off.
Anyway it might have been as I say quite innocent but the reg is 3740 BLS and the car is a silver Opel.
