Cagneys v Estate Agents

It seems that Cagneys, who put on excellent entertainment on most afternoons/evenings, have been told they can't have music on this Friday because...wait for it...a local Estate Agent has complained because somebody is viewing a house nearby and they don't want them put off by music ! Can you believe that ?
It's bad enough that bars are not allowed music by the Police, we don't need Estate Agents joining in.


I saw on F/book that my Friday afternoon's entertainment was going to be spoilt, which prompted the above post.
I now see that Kate has sorted things out, so if my post offended anyone, I was only going off information on F/book, so let's hope this is the end of this.
Once again, I did not name any Estate Agent.

Would help if people knew the name of said agent, but there again surely people are not that thick as not see what's is near to the house and in the immediate vicinity,but then some do leave there brain on the plane.

Exactly, i'm sure if I was looking to buy, i'd check everything out, and if there are bars nearby, there's going to noise of some sort.

I don't think he owes an apology he did not mention any names and its your speculation that has brought your company to this post. Maybe you owe him an apology for your accusations against him nor do you have a legal case against him as again he did not mention your company name.

Here Here its only a question of time before somebody does get charged for the comments on this site. It can and has been out of control, as some know on here I resist the urge to post for that very reason. However there are times when I just cant resist and this is one of them.

Same old, same old La Marina rumours and shit stirring nothing new here then.I heard Cagneys posted on facebook about this then all the world and his wife chipped in, why cant people just get on with there lives or are they that sad and shallow well maybe they need to get out more in the real world,everyone needs to pull together to get the area back how it used to be and then we all gain.

You have definitely hit a nerve at Barclays even though you did not even mention their name!

How on earth did Barclays react so vigorously if their is no truth in the rumours, surely a denial would have sufficed, would it not!

Anyway getting back to the matter in hand IS THEIR MUSIC OR NOT AT CAGNEYS TODAY?

P.S. Is INFO AT QUESADA a person or an organisation?

If you care to read my post, as other posters have said, I did not name ANY Estate Agent. How can you be offended and threaten to take legal action against me ?

You are clearly working with Barclays new division, I believe it is BARCLAYS CLAIRVOYANTS and their offices are in the Information Office at Quesada.

I would think that Barclay's and Cagney's could do without all the shit stirring and speculation going round on the internet!!,but there again there is no such thing as bad publicity just look at Ryain air. PS was it not Cagney's that posted on facebook etc ? then all the speculation and people putting there 2 cents worth in caused things to escalate, its a good job both business are well liked and respected in the area ( barring the the areas shit stirrers).

No one mentioned the said estate agent on this site.... they involved themselves. There is more than one estate agent on the urb and I would of being non of the wiser who they were referring too. If people are putting things on facebook, kept it on facebook and not draw its attention by mentioning it on here.

I'd like to know who these 2 different clients are that said i've been spreading rumours. I've only just got back from 2 weeks in the UK!! I've never even spoken to anybody in a bar or wherever,never discussed it... just this post on here.
Again, I didn't know who had made a phone call, I was just annoyed that my Friday afternoons entertainment would be stopped.
I never mentioned Barclays, I didn't know who had made the call. in fact i've had great service from Karen and have no problems at all with Barclays and hope to purchase in future. Please can all this vitriol stop against me, I was just annoyed that my entertainment was being stopped for no reason.

Just to confirm

Barclays estate agents were registered on ASL by the site admin, as we use Quesada as our base this is what will appear on any post that they make on the forum.

It has been noted that Barclays have now updated their membership to the site and now put their location as La Marina
