HOMEMADE TOMATO or TOMATO & FRESH BASIL SOUP
SEAFOOD MEDLEY ~ a platter of smoked salmon, smoked mackerel & prawns, served with homemade marie-rose sauce
TUSCAN MUSHROOMS ~ large button mushrooms stuffed with a vegetable fritada & topped with a slice of mozzarella, warmed under the grill
SPANISH MELON & SERRANO HAM

MAINS.....
PRIME RUMP STEAK ~ cooked to your liking & served with a delicious sauce of your choice, either pepper, blue cheese or Diane
CATALAN CHICKEN ~ chicken breast wrapped in Serrano ham &topped with a slice of Spanish cheese, served on a tomato & herb sauce
FILLET OFSALMON WITH PRAWNS & LOBSTER
~ gently poached & served with a succulent prawn & lobster cream sauce
MEDALLIONS OF PORK CHAMPINON ~ medallions of pork fillet served in a wild mushroom cream sauce
All dishes are cooked fresh to order & are served with your choice of Dauphinoise or Parmentiere potatoes or homemade chips & fresh vegetables.

Due to the FANTASTIC response to the Tom Mar Eve @ Rojos we only have a limited number of tables left for dinning. There is space of course on the rear terrace to just come along and enjoy the music with an evening drink if you wish.
