Can anyone tell me how much rent through the year you can get
for renting a Julia or Isabel in a central location.
Or do you struggle to keep a regular rent coming in !
If you are renting out long term, I would say you are looking at 400-450 depending on the condition of the property and contents, this excludes bills.
The figure I have said, comes from renting several property's on the urb for the last nine years.

I have rented for nine years, not rented out a property.
I am unsure about short term.
Even though an estate agent, will take a commission off you for renting your property out, you will have more chance of all year round tenants or a better chance of filling your property during the summer period.
This is just my personal opinion.

I did rent a Julia for about a year. But prefer the detach house we are in some people are made for communal life and some aren't.
We paid at the time 400 a month and the responsibility for bills was ours.
The 400 included the house and any mantainance need to be carried out, and the use of the communal pool.
