Do all you people out there who live on a Parque know that you could be responsible for the maintainence of sewerage pipes etc on your parque along with all the other residents? People who only come here once a year and probably speak several different lauguages.
When like myself you are an ex Full time Politician it is easy to spot when another Politician is ducking and diving. So here we are and he will PROTEST Loudly, but if Jeff is giving you that type of answer and not offering you help then it is a very poor and short sited local councillor, that in this day and age tries on this kind of tactic. Although he is a new boy his predecessors should of had this sorted out for when problems like this came up. He is I expect a little worried about how many other cases like yours are around. He would be far better off sorting this one out quietly and quickly before campaigners get to strong a sniff of Blood and go after the new regime with a new strong angle. He is new and means well BUT.
Douglas he did offer to help with trying to find out the lay out of the parque from the original blue prints and finding out whose sewerage goes into ours, but this could takes months and time is not on our side. We are living on a time bomb, having to keep checking that the inspection cover in our garage is not overflowing. The best of it is the car won't even go in it. Perhaps it would be best to remove the storm drain, have the wall built back up in the garage and cover over the inspection cover. End of problem. The problem will go up the line.
