Is it true that the pharmacia at the sat roundabout have put signs up to let everyone know that they are limited in their supplies of medication due to the fact that the goverment have not paid the company that supply them. I was told that they are telling people they do not know if they will have to close. Also the pharmacia on the strip are supposed to be short on supplies and saying that they don not know when they will be getting the medication in.??? I hope this is just a rumour, otherwise its very worrying for a lot of people as Im sure this would be a big problem everywhere not just in La Marina.

Gosh I also hope it's a rumour Nikki. I have to have over 100 euros worth of tabs/inhalers etc a month to try and keep me in semi-working order !! x

I also hope it is a rumour,.
My wife has several prescriptions every month,some to help with her cancer treatment post op.and some for a serious eye condition.We have noticed for the last couple of months her hormone tablets that have been prescribed have been unavailable at the satelite pharmacy and she has taken a similar ones after advise from the pharmacy,I hope this was not the start of the supposed shortages.

When I was driving up past Supa Value yesterday I did notice a tremendous amount of cars parked, on both sides of the road, up by the Satellite roundabout outside the chemist. I do hope people aren't mass buying as that would make matters even worse if it is true.

These problems are not rumours its happening all over Spain and some other countries too. Just watch the spanish tv and you will be informed about these issues.

If I watched Spanish tv I wouldn't understand what they were saying as I do not speak any Spanish !!

I went up to our local chemist yesterday to get my medication and had no problems whatsoever.
