We've had our eye on this house for sometime, a tiny little cottage....or so we thought! Situated in one of our favourite streets, this suprising house is actually quite spacious. On entering there is a lounge and dining room with downstairs cool bedroom, further on down past a light well there is a sunny kitchen and bathroom both with breathtaking views. Downstairs to the large basement, of two rooms and patio area, its hard to belive this house is this big. Upstairs there are two bedrooms which you walk though to get to the huge private terrace with stunning views, of the mountains and the peñon. It really is Abuela's treasure.
