This fully air-conditioned two-bed apartment was built in 2005 and sleeps up to 6 people. There is one double room, one room with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is very well-equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The main living area has a combined television and dvd player with many sky channels and an extending table with four chairs, a coffee table and wall unit. There is a sliding door from the living area leading to a balcony with a patio table and four chairs and some steps leading up to the large roof terrace/solarium with another patio table, four chairs, parasol, four sunbeds and barbecue. There are stunning views of the surrounding salt lakes, mountains and countryside from the roof terrace. There is also a gated communal pool within a short walk and various play areas for children. The Supervalu supermarket is about a two-minute walk away along with a lovely Indian restaurant which provides live entertainment and the traditional Spanish town of Los Montesinos is a short drive away and has many bars and restaurants. There is also horseriding available very close by. The best beach is at Guardamar which is about 7km away and there are also good beaches situated near Torrevieja which is about 5km away. Rental prices start at £125 per week during off-peak periods and rise to £200 per week in the summer.
