La Posada opened in 2001, providing locals and holiday makers with the very best in traditional Spanish cuisine, typical of the Valencia region. ‘La Posada’ means a place of hospitality where guests can relax, rest and eat – which is certainly correct in this case. You can expect to find all manner of classic Spanish dishes available here, grilled beef steaks and pork steaks, paellas, fresh fish from the Mediterranean grilled special mention to the oven roasted sea bass, a great choice of home-made pastas with a large selection of sauces. There is also a pizzeria, which offers a great daily selection of pizzas. La Posada’s exceptional food and unbeatable atmosphere is only emphasised by the graciousness and welcoming nature of the owners. La Posada are also well known for
celebrating all the local fiestas.
