We know a very good solicitor Named Mar. Her office is in Beniofa. She gives free advice. Reads everything over till it´s right and she´s very reasonable.

Hi, We used Abaco, they are based in Torrevieja but the good thing is they speak English and can be reached via email. Not all solicitors are so into emails in Spain (so we hear.. from friends about their Fiscal people), which is ok if you live there but not when you are in another country. We did everything over the email including our Spanish Wills and only had to go into the office to sign the deeds and Wills. We still use them as our Fiscal Reps. We pay them a reasonable fee each year to sort everything out like our Spanish taxes, to give peace of mind. We have used them for the past 6 years and any questions they answer promptly by email.
