Age Concern has come to La Marina Urb and has someone available to help you at the Town Hall from 10am - 1.00pm on alternate Fridays and they will be there this Friday.

Friday 8th June
Friday 22nd June
Friday 13th July
Friady 27th July

Age Concern can provide a befriender, can assist with equipment you may require.
They can make home visit and organise assessments of an inviduals needs.

They are also looking for befrienders and volunteers.

Yes they certainly are a boon, and do far more than you would imagine!

The poster I put up in Supa Value also one in the Medical centre have been removed!! ??

I have organised for one gentleman to have a special stool for his shower, so that he does not have to stand up and I am taking one lady shopping once a fortnight, so there is help available.

Any adivce you need on aids, equipement to make life easier, sitting service to give carers a break or anything else, please call in to the Town Hall in the morning (Friday) between 10am & 1pm
