It is nice to see the town hall giving us a little information. For that I thank them. However wish they would wake up to the fact that information out to us is there weakest point. As they state in this article this is only number 4. Should be much much more often than that.

They do post some activities on Facebook. Might be an idea to do a search.

I don't know why they can't just produce a quarterly letter and let residents know what gone on, going on, and coming up. It can't be that hard to do that. Drop them off at local bars shops and so on.
Also I thought they all have to have annual AGMs to let the party members know what is going on. Don't think PP or PIPN have had one since they have come into power. That surely is the best way to get info across.

It is a shame, but it seems this Council doesnt have anybody who knows the advantages of advertising. It would not be hard to use any type of media to put across announcements of future events and the plans the Council have for the future, and time schedules plus any general information that the public may like to know about. Also what about using the E-Mail system,I know this will not reach everybody, but at least the council could ask if anybody would be interested in receiving regular updates, and which language. We just supply our e-mail address and which of a choice of languages we would like it in.The actual cost of this would be very small

Alan.

The e-mail system you are talking about is in use by Jeff. As I have recieved a few e- mails in the past. That was a few months ago maybe even longer.
I just wonder, if Jeff decides not to run at the next election and one of his assistants takes over as the candidate / president of PIPN everything that goes on now until the next election will rub off on this person who ever takes over from him.
Anyways like you say advertising is a simple form of art, type a few words deliver it to local shops bars.
