Rubbish

If anyone knows who is tipping all thier garden waste all over the pavement and half the road just down the hill from Consum Square, can you please let me know because im going to pick it up and throw it back in there bloody garden. Take it to the tip.....it smells and is a hazard to people using the pavements at night
