Airport taxis on boxing day

Hi Folks

Could any kind soul advise me if the taxis at Alicante Airport are 'business as normal' on Boxing Day. We usually have friends to pick us up but they are away this time so we will need to jump into a taxi for the first time. Also any indication as to cost to La Marina would be appreciated. Christmas Greetings to one and all.

Hi The Spanish do not take Boxing Day off as a holiday. So taxis at Alicante Airport are 'business as normal' on Boxing Day. As for cost I think around 30 euros, but others use them more than I do so perhaps someone else can advice.
