WHAT IS GOING ON IN LOS BALCONES

I would love to get to know all about this area, we have passed though so many times on the N332 and have always stopped off for a few hours, but we are thinking of stopping for a week in the summer, is it possible for the locals to let us know what there is to do in the area and where best to eat and drink. I have seen places like the Courtyard listed so I will give this one a try but where else is there.
