Oliva "Cool Terrace" One might even get to say cold after you've been here a few years, but until then warm or hot is the more common terminology used. So when it is warm of even hot you may be rather pleased to have bought a house with a cool terrace like this one. Plenty of space and located in an elevated part of the town (don't believe them when they say heat rises, although of course it does, but what it does do is suck the cool air in off the sea and give us a fabulous sea breeze to ward off the worst that summer can bring.
