Perfect holiday apartment with a view to the Mediterranean Sea for up to 4 guests in Los Arenales Del Sol, province of Alicante, situated just 270m away from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Costa Blanca. Restaurants and cafes are located within 5 minutes walking distance away from the apartment, the closest supermarket is within 7 minutes reach on foot. You can spend you holidays relaxing on the sandy beach while sunbathing, swimming, playing volleyball and football, or trying out some water sports (surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, kayaking), walking, jogging, cycling and rollerblading along the main promenade, which is situated along the coast line.

You will also enjoy sightseeing in Alicante city (the capital of the province of Alicante), which is only 12km away from the apartment, visiting its museums, cinemas and variety of shops. There is a bus station close to the building from where you can get to Alicante within 20 minutes drive. If you are more of an adventurous person you might enjoy your time in an amusement park “Terra Mitica” and a water park “Aqualandia”, which are located in Benidorm. You can get to the parks within 1:09h drive by train from Alicante and during the trip to enjoy the beautiful sights of the Mediterranean Sea and Spanish villages as the tram line goes just along the coast.

You can easily reach Alicante Airport, which is just 7km away from the building.

The apartment (70m²) is located on the 3rd floor of a 5 - story building (with elevator). There are 3 rooms (2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and a saloon), a bathroom, a kitchen and a balcony in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all of the electronic home appliances you need for your holidays. You can find an electric hob, a refrigerator, an oven, microwaves, a cooker hood, a washing machine in the kitchen and a TV in the saloon, all of the dishes you need as well as towels and bed linen.

The common area around the building is securely fenced. You can find 2 swimming pools (one for the adults and the other for children), a playground for children and an overground parking place in the yard of the building.

After the visit the apartment has to be left clean. If not EUR 70 will be taken from the damage deposit, which is EUR 150.
