There is air conditioning in all rooms, and for the cooler winter months there is both underfloor heating and gas oil central heating so the villa lends itself to all year round use.

The villa has 3 levels. Ground Floor:- The spacious lounge/diner measures 70 M2 making it the perfect room for large gatherings of family or friends. There are 3 leather sofas, dining table seating 8 and television with SKY free to air channels. Patio doors lead out to a large covered arched balcony. Also on this floor you will find a Bedroom with a single bed (but if desired a second bed can easily be added). The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave etc. and also has a door leading out to the ground floor balcony. On this floor there is also a Guest Bathroom with walk in shower.

First Floor: Upstairs there are a further 3 double bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has both a double bed and a single bed and patio doors lead out to a covered and beamed wrap around terrace.
