Oh dear, I got that number from his website!!! There is a contact form on the website and there might have been a mobile no. as well. I'm afraid I don't know where his house is, so can't help on that one. Hope you get through.

Well, surprise surprise, I sent them a message on the 'contact us' on the website, and they have not even bothered to reply!! What is going on with Superbeam? I am tempted to cancel my direct debit!

I know that they have moved out of the premises they previously used and now 'work from home' which is just a little worrying.
The phone number on the website was working when I last used it but they only work until 2pm each day. Not much of a service if you have problems after that time.
Like the other contributor, I'm looking around at alternative suppliers as I have my doubts about their long term status.
If the owner(s) reads this forum, I'd love to have a response to this post.

I recently had to have them come out to my place and was able to contact them on 96 572 5414. Apparently the reason they no longer have an office is due to the fact it wasn't economical to have it in the long run. I had no problems with them and they were very efficient, although offices are only open between 9 &2. Hope that helps

Hi, I recently had to call out Superbeam to my place and apparently the reason they don't have an office is due to 'false economy' as it wasn't proving to be very profitable to have any office due to rates. I don't know if that's true but I called 96 572 5414 and they came out no problem and were very efficient, however it's true they do only open from 9-2. Hope that helps

Get yourself a one metre dish and don't pay again. Works out a lot cheaper. I have a 1.4 dish and paid 170 euros with nothing else to pay. Work out what you are paying superbeam over 12 months.

We purchased a large dish eight years ago. Everyone thought we were mad.
Unfortunately for them, we came off better. While they have bought every new TV promotion going. We still have the same dish thats never let us down. Who got it right?
