Spain on the brink.

Just hearing that the 17 regional governments in Spain are possibly in a combined debt of upto €140 billion euros. What was interesting to hear is that the actual government have set up a bail out fund for these regional governments to the tune of €18 billion. You can work out the sums for yourself.
Spain will request a bail out by the end of the year.
