I just would like to know please if you have all paid your Iberdrola for this month?

The last proper bill that we paid was 6th July 2012, but Iberdrola have taken the standard charge of 9.02 euros out of our Bank Account on 10/8/12, but that is it. I have e-mailed them twice to ask them to send us a bill through the post for this month, and told them that we wish to pay monthly. A few months ago they gave us a bill for 3 months backdated payments (a lot of money in one go). What is going on? Is anybody else having these problems?

We had one for €37 euros around the 10th of August. For last two months they have been estimated. In August you are usually getting a real bill. Mayb because of the IVA increase that comes into effect from start of September there maybe going to hit everyone with proper bills then. Plus there back dating the IVA increase to March of this year which will hit people harder. Un-fair, very.. Idiots, yes they are.
