long term rental

I have a friend looking for a place to rent Long Term. She would like to be as near to the Grey area as possible in a place that would allow pets with a little outside space.
It doesnt matter if its furnished or not. She is looking to pay aound €300 plus bills. Or more if bills were included. She can pay whatever deposits are needed, but is unable to provide proof, she is working though.
