When we have a customer wanting to book your property you will be sent an email giving you all the details of what the client is looking for and the dates they need. If you would like to take the booking and contact the client to confirm all we ask is for a small admin fee OR a commission based on the booking you receive.

That certainly sounds a good deal to me.

Am I correct in assuming the same goes if you have a property that you wan't to sell?
