ANONYMOUS DENOUNCIAS

I received my monthly e.mail from Jeffs Office today (if you want one regulary just go to his office and leave your e-mail address)Apiece on the new one (which has been reprinted on this forum by weejohnten)States that a meeting has been called between the Council,the national Police and bar Owners,to sort out the new moan on the Urb. regarding Opening Licenses,This apparentlyhas been caused supposedly by MANY ANONYMOUS DENOUNCIAS being received by Valencian authorities.
Come on be realistic,if it is anonymous it is normally because of a vendetta against that person or persons,or is completely fictitious.or does not exist,or the complainer is worried about his safety,surely a denouncia must have the name of the person or persons denounced and the person who denounced them.Without a name then surely no matter how many denouncias are issued (if any) they could of all come from one person.How are we expected to believe one word of what is written when you read such absolute rubbish.To make a point If I was to send 20 anonymous Denouncias to Valencia naming one person as doing something illegal,the national police will investigate fully.
I dont think so.
A quick word to Jeffs office,It would be better this time if someone spent time making sure The meeting date and time and place has been given to all Bar Owners. If the only they will be notified is by his blog or monthly e-mail,not many of them will know about it.
So stop feeding us b******t,Valencia.and if you need an excuse to turn La Marina Urb. into a wasteland,at least think up a decent excuse first.

I find it hard to believe that we are constantly being fed silly excuses from this Council,and no one appears to have an opinion,is it a wonder that this lying to us will continue.
We were told recently that the police would visit everyone making a denouncia regarding late night noise from Bars,Since then no Denouncias seemed to of been reported,result everybody living with what we got.....No hang on police not being called to Bars,Let us tell the Residents of La Marina Urb,the National Police wll be on the Urb to check opening licenses of bars because they have received ANONYMOUS Complaints that way we can say we don't need to see the denouncees because they can be made anonymous (therefore the we can make up the story)good thinking on the Council,except they already know which bars havnt got the appropriate Licenses,they issue the bits of paper ,don't they? so why get the National Police to do it,I suppose its a sort of Wasting Police time.Of course we havnt started on the rest of shops in La Marina Urb yet,or is this Council so intent in Closing places we enjoy going to,That no other businesses need Opening Licenses.The more I look at it ,the worse it looks,and we are sitting around saying "What can we do about it?"

I totally agree with you!
Our council might be lying through their back teeth, they may be totally incompetent, however, I do not believe for one second that The National Police act forcibly on ANONYMOUS information.
