There are signs on the wrong side of the road in several places in the urbanization. Has anyone from a country with left side driving been involved in the positioning and successfully placing of signs on the wrong side? Signs should be placed on the right side and not on the left side of the road.
Is there anything you won't moan about? Do you think any Councillor goes into so much detail that they mark where the road signs go? or even dig the hole themselves?
There must be someone who knows what side the signs should be on. Or do you think they are guessing? There is a law which regulates this. But do they know?
Well, there's you for a start. I'd probably guess that the council workmen who put them up are Spanish. If its a traffic sign incorrectly placed, then you have grounds to appeal any offence. Good luck

you have totally missed my point. The signs are on the wrong side of the road without being turned around. They are on the left side then you drive and are facing them. And if someone is making a joke about that and thinks it is ok it is up to them.
They must be on the right side if you expect to see them and in worst case avoid a collision.
I have not mentioned what kind of signs I am warning about. The signs are "no entry" in spanish "ninguna entrada". "One way" signs. If you enter a road and you do not not see the sign you are really in danger. Not only for yourself! Nothing to joke about! And should you turn it round to get it on the right side, as some smart fellows suggest, you will most likely end up in a very peculiar situation when you are trying to enter the street crossing. I hope this will make my point clear and you all will understand.
Are you talking about council controlled public roads or urbanisation, private roads? Shouldn't public roads have No Entry signs on both sides?

1. Signs shall be so placed that the drivers for whom they are intended can
recognize them easily and in time. They shall normally be placed on the side
of the road appropriate to the direction of traffic; they may, however, be
placed or repeated above the carriageway. Any sign placed on the side of the
road appropriate to the direction of traffic shall be repeated above or on the
other side of the carriageway if local conditions are such that it might not
be seen in time by the drivers for whom it is intended.
