What is the best internet connection in the urbanization. By best I mean highest speed, most reliable and affordable. 6 Mb/s is quite good but unfortunately a bit slow. Movistar offers 10 Mb/s, but in reality it will only be 8.0 to 8.5. Does anyone have a higher speed without paying a fortune?

I was with Movistar and regularly got 8.5 download, but I paid 48โฌ per month, and that was on a special deal. I am now with Jazztel and get a very consistant 11,86 download. This costs around 42โฌ per month, including line rental etc. They are purely Spanish though and I had to get a good friend to do everything for me over the phone. Have had it now since end of February, and it has been very consistent.
