My Mum who is in her late 70's and her friend want to rent a property in La Marina for about a month, Oct/Nov time, 1 or 2 bed, but it has to be on the flat, so that she can walk to local bars, restuarants and shops. Many thanks

I have a one bed villa in parque nervion,
All newly furnished & decorated.
Very close to the gray area with many
of the best restaurant's & bar's & a bus stop.
Large living room, seperate kitchen , walk in Shower unit, double bedroom & sun lounge.
Outside garden is fully tile'd & is complete with outdoor furniture. the villa also has a spiral staircase up to the roof terrace.
Sun room has aircon.
The price for october would be 175โฌ per week, incl. weekly bed & towel change.
!00โฌ deposit , refundable on departure, against damages.
