Has anyone used the euro tunnel???
my parents also did the euro tunnel when they first come over here but that was from uk to spain but i assume its more or less the same. xxx

Hi Linda, My husband has always used the ferries to get over to Spain, gives the driver a break & not so much travelling time to do in the car. We worked it out & even taking into account the cost of the ferries it is no more expensive than travelling all the way through France.
Thank you Mags, have just priced it up, going from Sandanter or Bilbao is only ยฃ480 for both of us, with the car and return and can go on toll free roads to Sandanter or Bilbao too, we have 24 hrs on the ferry, with a cabin and entertainment - bliss.
