Perfect holiday apartment for up to 3 guests in the very heart of the center of Alicante city - the old town. The apartment is located just within 6 minutes walk to the sandy beach, restaurants and cafes are located next to the building and the closest supermarket is within 7 minutes reach on foot. You can spend you holidays relaxing on the sandy beach while sunbathing, swimming, playing volleyball and football, exercising on the gym equipment that is located right on the beach, or trying out some water sports (surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, kayaking), walking, jogging, cycling and rollerblading along the main promenade, which is situated along the coast line. You will also enjoy sightseeing in the city as well as visiting its museums, cinemas and variety of shops. There is a tram station close to the building (3min on foot) from where you can get to multiple destinations in the province of Alicante. If you are more of an adventurous person you might enjoy your time in an amusement park “Terra Mitica” and a water park “Aqualandia”, which are located in Benidorm. You can get to the parks within 1:09h drive by tram and during the trip to enjoy the beautiful sights of the Mediterranean Sea and Spanish villages as the tram goes just along the coast line.

You can easily reach Alicante Airport, which is only 12 km away from the building, by bus. The closest bus stop from where you can get to the airport is within 5 minutes walk from the building.

The apartment (40 m²) is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 - story building. There are 3 rooms (2 small bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 1 single bed) and a saloon), a bathroom, a kitchen and 2 French balconies in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all of the electronic home appliances you need for your holidays. You can find a gas hob, a refrigerator, an oven and a washing machine in the kitchen, a TV in the saloon, all of the dishes you need as well as towels and bed linen. Internet connection available.
