La Marina, Guardamar is situated 15 km. north of Torrevieja. This large, detached villa (180 sqm) is located in a spacious garden (840 m²) with lots of privacy. The villa has a rustic feel and consists of 2 floors. The villa is ideal for family groups. In the large semicircular conservatory (with mosquito net), which overlooks the garden and pool is a four meter high waterfall. All bedrooms have a fan. Surrounding the villa are severals terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Large roof terrace with views over the coastal area.
