3 bedroom detached single storey villa with private pool and rooftop solarium in the La Herrada area of Los Montesinos. The pool area has outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ and plenty of sun loungers. It has a large porch, entrance hall, spacious lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, family bathroom, 3 bedrooms (2 twins and 1 double) with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. The villa is well furnished with air conditioning in the lounge and fans in the bedrooms. La Herrada can be found on the edge of the very Spanish village of Los Montesinos with its traditional village square, shops, bars and restaurants. Los Montesinos is close to the salt lake and the protected natural park. The villa is within easy walking distance of a large supermarket and only a short drive to the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja and near to La Finca golf course. Our villa is easily accessible from both Murcia and Alicante airports (both about 30-40 mins away). Notes on accommodation There is an air conditioning/ heating unit in lounge/dining room and ceiling fans in kitchen and bedrooms. There are also several portable electric fans and heaters. A hairdryer is in bedroom 1. There is 1 travel cot (bring own bedding) and a highchair is available to hire on request. Cleaning is paid in euros to key holder on arrival.
