Moving in to Torrevieja

Can anyone tell me their experiences of moving into Torry? Would be nice to hear the positives and negatives of the area.
What are the amenities like? Transport, Hospitals, Schools etc.
What is the Town Hall like? Are they investing and improving the area?
Has the economic climate had a significant impact?
Have you noticed more people leaving or moving in to the area?
