Holiday Rental Property Advice Needed

Is it worth buying a buy to let on the Urb or a complete no no.

Apart from the moans n groans on here, i actually think the Urb
still has something special to offer.

So I am thinking of buying a larger place, 3 bed Julia for instance
Any idea if there is a strong let potential on this type of property.

which part of the Urb is a sound place to buy
and should it have a communal pool?

Does anyone else have a property they let out and what type of property you let
and is it worth while or are you finding it hard to let out your property
and how many times a year do you let your property out for over the year.

I also have a Josafina is it worth trying to let this or sell instead
This is on the Parc Del Duero
or keep it has i'll have to sell at a stupid price!
