The Office for the Urbanisations is currently organising many activities including golf lessons at Alicante Golf. The first lesson on the 11th off February was a great success and as such the classes will continue on the first Monday of every month at a cost of 10€.
We recently organised a trip for 110 people to Orihuela Medieval Market. It was a huge success and many people are waiting for the next trip to the Chocolate factory in Villajoyosa.
We are in the process of creating both a Netball and Padel club on Urbanisation Marina and are arranging self defence classes in the Social Centre.
The Social Centre is now being used for classes every day including craft classes on a Wednesday between 10:30 and 1pm, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, table tennis and many more. We are constantly looking at a variety of activities for all nationalities and ages on the urbanisations.
From Thursday the 21st of February, and every subsequent Thursday, GAES Centros Auditivos will be carrying out free hearing tests in the Social Centre between 2pm and 5.45pm. Appointments can be made by ringing 965414953
The Social Centre is also used to host events such as the Open Day for AECC on the 12th of March from 4pm to 6pm with a talk from the Chairman D.Pablo Enríquez Valens.
Since November 2011, the Office for the Urbanisations, headed by Jeffrey Wiszniewski, has campaigned continuously for people to donate food for the most needy of San Fulgencio. Inicially this campaign was to collect food to give the most needy a better Christmas, but due to the huge collaboration of especially the British expat community, this campaign continued throughout the next 15 months. We have now distributed more than 5000 kilos of food to more than 60 families.
This Christmas, as well as basic food stuffs, we were able to also give out over 500 kilos of fresh fruit and vegetables thanks to the amazing generosity of the Posh Palace Restaurant, Urb Marina, who donated it.
We were also able this Christmas to provide sacks of toys to more than 60 very happy Children.
Anyone who wishes to donate food, please bring it into the office in Calle Madrid as, due to the crisis, more and more families are being added to the list.

La Concejalía de Urbanizaciones que dirige el Concejal Jeffrey Wiszniewski está organizando varias actividades, entre ellas clases de Golf en alicante Golf. La primera clase comenzó este lunes día 11 de febrero y fue un gran éxito. Continuarán el primer lunes de cada mes teniendo el precio de 10 euros por clase.
Recientemente se organizó una excursión con más de 100 personas al Mercadillo Medieval de Orihuela. También fue un éxito y estamos ya organizando otra a la fábrica de chocolate de Villajoyosa.
El Centro Social de la Urbanización se está utilizando diariamente con clases como Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Tenis de mesa y mucho más, incluidas clases de manualidades los miércoles de 10;30 a 13;00 horas.
Estamos constantemente buscando gran variedad de actividades para todas las nacionalidades y edades en la Urbanización.
A partir del jueves 21 de febrero en el Centro Social de la Urbanización de la Marina GAES Centros Auditivos llevarán a cabo pruebas de audición gratis: Puede concertase cita llamando al Tf. 965414953.
También el 12 de marzo de 16;00 a 18;00 habrá una “Jornada de Puertas Abiertas”: El Presidente de la Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer” A.E.C.C., D. Pablo Enríquez dará una charla informativa.
Desde noviembre de 2011 la Concejalía de Urbanizaciones que dirige Jeffrey Wisniewski tiene puesta en marcha una campaña de recogida de alimentos de primera necesidad. La idea surgió para ayudar en Navidad a las familias menos afortunadas. Debido a la gran colaboración de, sobre todo, los residentes ingleses en la Urbanización, esta campaña continúa desde hace más de un año. Se han distribuido más de 5000 kilos de alimentos de primera necesidad a más de 60 familias.
Estas navidades, además de alimentos de primera necesidad, el Restaurante Posh Palace situado en la Urbanización de la Marina colaboró con más de 500 kilos de fruta y hortalizas frescas. También podemos añadir que se repartieron grandes cantidades de juguetes, logrando hacer felices a más de 60 niños.
Quien desee contribuir a donar alimentos, por favor puede traerlos a la Concejalía de Urbanizaciones C/ Madrid nº 5 ya que debido a la crisis cada día hay más familias necesitadas de ayuda.

Das Gemeindebüro, welches unter der Leitung von Jeffrey Wiszniewski steht, wurden verschiedene Aktivitäten organisiert, unter anderem Golfunterricht in Alicante Golf. Der erste Unterricht fand am 11. Februar statt und war ein großer Erfolg. Weitere Unterrichte finden dann immer am ersten Montag im Monat statt, für 10 € pro Unterricht.
Vor Kurzem organisierte man einen Ausflug mit über 100 Personen zum Mitteralterlichen Markt in Orihuela. Auch dieser war ein großer Erfolg und somit werden wir eine Reise in die Schokoladenfabrik nach Villajoyosa organisieren.
Im Sozialzentrum werden täglich verschiedene Freizeitaktivitäten durchgeführt: wie Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Tischtennis und vieles mehr auch gibt es einen Handarbeits-Kurs jeden Mittwoch von 10.30 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr.
Wir suchen ständig nach weiteren Aktivitäten für alle Nationalitäten und jedem Alter in der Urbanisation.

Auch am 12. März von 16.00 bis 18.00 Uhr stehen die Türen im Sozialzentrum in der Urb. offen. Der Präsident der spanischen Vereinigung gegen Krebs (A.E.C.C.) Pablo Enríquez hält eine wichtige informative Rede.

Die Idee entstand , um die von weniger vom Glück betroffenen Familien in der Weihnachtszeit zu helfen. Aufgrund der großen Hilfe von den Residenten, vor allem Engländer, können wir diese Kampagne weiterführen, die über ein Jahr schon im Gange ist. Man hat über 5000 Kg an Grundnahrungsmittel an über 60 hilfebedürftige Familien verteilt.
Diese Weihnachten, außer Grundnahrungsmittel, hat das Restaurant Posh Palace in der Urb La Marina mehr als 500 Kilo an Obst und frischem Gemüse gestiftet.
Auch können wir hinzufügen, dass die Mengen von den gestifteten Spielsachen über 60 Kinder glücklich gemacht hat.
